- The Lowdown – Where I and a guest co-host talk about what’s going on in geekdom and what we’re excited about
- The Breakdown -that same co-host and I take one topic and really dive into it and discuss it with the live chat!
- The Getdown – this is the second hour which is just like Season 1 where I have an amazing interview with a Special Guest!

Jay Washington: A professional wrestler turned high energy stand-up comedian and actor. Jay’s quick wit and natural charm can’t help but to pull people in to him. Jay has been heard on Sirius XM, seen Collider Video, Netflix,Vh1 on top of a variety of commercials, television shows and movies. Most notably in the Spike Lee Joint “Chi-Raq” alongside Wesley Snipes. He is the host of The Mad Titan Podcast and the co-host of the Blerds N The Hood show live on YouTube.
Torrian Crawford: Torrian Crawford began his career with Rooster Teeth in 2014 as the entertainment studio’s lead animator. Since his time with the company, Torrian has taken on the role of Animation Director for the hit web-series ‘DEATH BATTLE!’ and has also animated and fight choreographed for the Streamy nominated animated series, “gen: LOCK” starring Michael B. Jordan. Prior to joining Rooster Teeth, Torrian was the lead animator for ScrewAttack Entertainment in charge of all 3D CGI animation. His animation specialties include action 3D character animation, motion capture acting, and fight choreography.
Fiona Nova: Fiona Nova is a content creator and on-screen talent for Rooster Teeth’s comedy-based gaming channel, Achievement Hunter. Fiona is a core cast member and appears in several Rooster Teeth weekly series including live stream gameplay series, podcasts and online shorts. Prior to joining Rooster Teeth, Fiona had amassed a following online for her own Twitch streams and social media content. She regularly contributed to hosting esports tournaments and other gaming content. Fiona grew up in New York City and speaks fluent French.
