In between ECCC and C2E2 I was lucky enough to have enough time to co-host the livestream of the NY red carpet event for “Us” by director Jordan Peele. I was there representing SYFY Wire with my co-host, Erik Davis, happens to be the managing editor for Fandango. It was really a lot of fun and in addition to talking to Jordan Peele, Lupita Nyong’o and Winston Duke, we also had a chat with Shahadi Wright Joseph (she plays their daughter) and Yahya Abdul Mateen II (remember Black Manta from Aquaman? He’s in this movie too!) Livestreams are always crazy and unexpected but it was a blast and if you missed it you can watch the replay below!
